The City of Ogdensburg invites sealed proposals for the emergency demolition of 309 Grant Street (a one and one-half story condemned/burned-out building approx. 1666 square feet) in the City of Ogdensburg.  The structure at 309 Grant Street will require demolition with asbestos in place in accordance with the below timeframe. There will be no pre-bid walkthrough of the subject structure. Interested parties should take note of the information disclosed in the scope of work.
