1. Does the City issue permits for use of the City's Parks & Trails?

Yes, a use permit may be obtained for Library Park, Kids Kingdom, Grove Park, Crescent Park, the Boardwalk, New York Avenue Park, Hamilton Park, the Maple City Trail, areas of the Greenbelt, or any of the City's gazebos. Applicants must return a completed application to the Recreation Department for approval. If a permit is granted, applicants must be aware that these are still public areas and that they may not be the only ones occupying them at the time.
