The Seaway Festival is coming to town and the Ogdensburg History Museum is getting in on the fun! The museum is extending its hours during the festival to give visitors more time to explore the museum’s exhibits and collections.
The museum will be open from 11am to 1pm on Wednesday, and Sunday and 12pm-4pm on Thursday and Friday during the Seaway Festival, giving visitors extra time to explore the museum’s many offerings. The museum will be closed Saturday to allow visitors to enjoy the parade.The museum features a variety of exhibits and collections, including a permanent collection of duck decoys, Hart Pottery and Horwood Stained glass windows, a temporary exhibit of Medal of Honor recipient General N.M.Curtis, and much more.
The museum is also offering a free raffle during the festival. Memberships and museum merchandise are available.
The Seaway Festival is a great opportunity for visitors to explore the museum and take advantage of the extended hours.
