_{TEMPORARY WARMING SHELTER OPENED}

Due to the severe cold and wind chill, the City of Ogdensburg has opened a temporary warming shelter at the Dobisky Visitor Center, 100 Riverside Ave.  The temporary warming shelter will be open through Sunday morning at 7:00 AM.  To access the warming shelter please use the side entrance towards the parking lot.
