Public notice is hereby given that the Ogdensburg City Council meeting scheduled for this evening, December 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., is cancelled due to a lack of the required in-person quorum.
In accordance with NYS Public Officers Law §103-a, a public body may, in its discretion, use videoconferencing to conduct its meetings pursuant to the requirements of this article provided that a minimum number of members are present to fulfill the public body's quorum requirement in the same physical location.
