REASSESSMENT UPDATE PROJECT 2023-
DATA COLLECTION PHASE COMPLETE
GAR Associates LLC, contractor for the City of Ogdensburg Reassessment Update Project, has completed the Data Collection Phase of the project and will be providing property owners with the information currently on file at the City Assessor's Office.
During the month of November, letters will be mailed to all residential property owners which will include a summary of the information collected on their property. Property owners will be asked to review the information. If the information is correct, no further action will be required. If the inventory does not appear to be correct, instructions will be included as to how to submit any requested changes.
