The City of Ogdensburg is not aware of any restrictions with respect to trick-or-treating this Halloween. Please click here for recommendations should you decide to participate.
A trunk-or-treat event sponsored by Seaway Valley Prevention Council will be held in the Ogdensburg Mall parking lot on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm. Participants are asked to enter the Mall parking lot area off of State Street near Northern Physical Therapy and proceed through the parking lot, exiting on State Street near the St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union.
