The Ford/State Street Redevelopment Program been funded with a $200,000 NY Main Street grant from the NYS Office of Community Renewal. The City committed an additional $100,000 to match grant awards that fund building renovations, façade and streetscape improvements in the City's downtown target area, which extends roughly two blocks in each direction from the intersection of Ford and State Streets. The project activities implemented continue to promote public and private investment in the Downtown District.
