FOR THE CITY OF OGDENSBURG REASSESSMENT UPDATE PROJECT

The City of Ogdensburg is seeking the services of a Professional firm to perform the services necessary for the City of Ogdensburg to update the City’s tax roll (Sections 1, 6 and 8). The final goal is to reassess all parcels in tax roll sections 1, 6 (land and buildings only) and 8 of the City tax roll and to update the tax roll for 2023.

In addition to updating the City’s tax roll the proposer will be expected to provide Assessment Notice Processing services including Notices of Change of Assessments for mailing; provide an Impact Analysis of the new values as compared to the previous assessments; perform the duties associated with the informal review process (mailings, calls, zoom meetings); providing change recommendations to the Assessor for approval and provide additional support documentation requested in connection with any BAR challenges.
