[ARCHIVED] City Has Home Available Through NSP Program

The City of Ogdensburg Department of Planning & Development is looking for interested
buyers for participation in the City’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The City has,
within the NSP program at least 1 home available to an eligible buyer to purchase and
occupy.

The program is open to households with an income up to 120% of the County Median as
adjusted by household size. A household of 1 can have an income of up to $47,880. ; 2 - up
to $54,720. ; 3 – up to $61,560. Subsidies may be available to assist with a down-payment
and/or closing costs. Successful buyers must occupy the property as their principle
residence.
