Pinkerton Swear-In

We are delighted to welcome John M. Pinkerton as the new City Manager of the City of Ogdensburg. John took his oath of office on Monday, October 15, 2012.

As City Manager, John will be responsible for the daily administration of the City and other duties as outlined in the Ogdensburg Municipal Charter.

Prior to joining the City of Ogdensburg, John was a Business Advisor for CITEC, Inc. in Potsdam and co-owned Adirondack Professional Cleaners. He also had an extensive management career with Newell-Rubbermaid, Ogdensburg.

John has a B.A. in Economics from St. John Fisher College, Rochester and a M.B.A. from Clarkson University, Potsdam.

An Ogdensburg native, John is married to Jane T. Pinkerton and they have four children.
