The City of Ogdensburg is planning to evaluate the possibility of public skating at the Lockwood Arena beginning in November 2020.
Youth groups are currently renting the ice with COVID-19 restrictions implemented. Once the current protocol has been evaluated, further determinations regarding public safety for open skating can be made.
