Tax Payments

Payment of taxes, utility charges and other miscellaneous fees can be made online through Xpress Pay. You may pay current and past bills by credit card, debit card, or with an electronic check. The City of Ogdensburg accepts Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®. If paying by electronic check, you will need to have your bank account number and the bank routing number available. These two items can be found at the bottom of your check. There is a fee to use this service.

Vital Records

You may pay for birth, death, marriage, and genealogical records online. The City of Ogdensburg Vital Records Department does not accept credit cards for online orders; however, for your convenience, you can process online requests through an independent company that we have partnered with to provide you this service. VitalChek Network Inc. can be reached either through the VitalChek Network website or by phone at (800) 255-2414. An additional fee is charged by VitalCheck for using this service, and all major credit cards are accepted, including American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®.
