Child Safety Seat Program
This program is a service provided by the Ogdensburg Fire Department to assist new parents / guardians and grandparents in the proper installation of their child safety seats.
Child safety seat staff are firefighters Scott McCormick, Mike Robinson, and Jason Bouchard. Safety seats may be available at no charge to parents who meet the income-eligibility requirements. Appointments may be made by contacting a member of staff at (315) 393-2321 or stopping by the fire station at 718 Ford Street.
Juvenile Firesetters Program
This service is provided to Ogdensburg residents and the surrounding communities by the Fire Department as a counseling and educational tool to assist parents / guardians in dealing with a juvenile who is exhibiting firesetter behavior.
